COVID-19 Shipping

We endeavour to dispatch orders without delay, however there may be shipping delays with our courier networks. This may unfortunately affect our usual shipping times. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Where can I receive my order?

We can send your items to most physical addresses within mainland Australia (including Tasmania) and New Zealand. Unfortunately certain postcodes may not be included such as some rural areas and islands. Please note we will make every effort to communicate regarding such deliveries. 

If delivery is to an apartment complex, please note – delivery may be possible to the ground floor only. 

All deliveries do not require a signature on delivery, please ensure you select the most suitable option from the ‘Additional Delivery Instructions’ provided on the checkout page when completing your order. We cannot accept any responsibility for packages instructed to be left at an address, which are then removed/lost/stolen/damaged. Please be aware the couriers will not call prior to delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The approximate delivery time to most metro areas in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD is 3 to 14 business days. Please allow additional time for regional areas and other states and territories.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times only once your order has been dispatched – actual shipping times may vary.

We make every effort to send your products to you as soon as we possibly can. As our products are handmade and often custom-made for you, the products are ready for shipping within 7-10 days. Please note that if you order during a sale or during a public holiday period, dispatch can sometimes be delayed by a short period due to high volumes.

Deliveries are made by our courier Monday through Friday only. Stated delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter some delays.

How do you make deliveries?

We can deliver to all business and residential addresses. Please make sure to include both your name and the business name if sending to a business address. Parcels may be left if the property is deemed to be safe and secure, even if a signature is required. If you do not want this please leave an order message requesting signature only or collect at Post Office if not home.

We have industry-leading local and international shipping partners to allow us to send your products to you quickly and reliably. These include DHL Express, UPS, FedEX and Skynet.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Delivery fees are based on the product purchased and the delivery address postcode. To make it simple, we offer flat shipping and free-shipping on applicable orders as well. Please write to us at hello@triggos.com.au if you have any questions about delivery charges.

Please note that we are not responsible for any applicable custom fees. Remember, your credit/debit card or chosen payment service will be charged in order to make the payments for your ordered products.

Can I track my order?

All products are dispatched via track and trace courier. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number which will link to our courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress.
